The majority of paintings are painted outdoors in watercolour. I am London based but enjoy painting the countryside as much as I do in the city.

I prefer the unpredictabiliy of the weather, light and atmosphere, rather than the comfort of the studio, and the medium of watercolour helps to capture the moment as quickly as possible.
